Coming very soon

The first shared-scooter network in Baghdad and the provinces.

Smart electric scooters for the last mile — the short trip between public transport and where you’re actually going.

Why Scootry

Traffic jams make the shortest trips the hardest.

Scootry fills that gap with electric scooters that are quick to take, zero-emission, and parked in order — a modern look that fits a smart city.

How it works

Three steps, and the system handles the rest — no manual intervention.

01

Scan the code

A scooter only starts by scanning its QR code from your phone. No keys, no tampering.

02

Ride the route

Ride along the set green routes, with speed capped electronically at 20 km/h.

03

Park at a station

A trip can only end inside an approved station, where a smart lock holds the scooter in place.

Where it starts

Green routes are drawn with GPS geofencing. Outside them, the scooter stops on its own.

01

Al-Mansour

14 Ramadan St and the entrances of Mansour Mall and Baghdad Mall.

02

Al-Yarmouk

Near the clinics and cafés of Al-Ameerat St.

03

Hay Al-Jamia

Along the main street’s markets, for students and staff.

04

Al-Qadisiya

Stations on the service lanes, away from the expressway.

Stations

Organised parking, not scooters on the pavement.

Low platforms that don’t block pedestrians, reflective floor lines marking each bay, and one unified look at every station. Stations sit at malls, major junctions and clinics.

Launch plan

Three gradual phases for a measured launch and a sustainable expansion.

Phase 01

Pilot launch

Starting in Al-Mansour: measure real routes and response, and tune the system on field data.

Phase 02

Growing the fleet

More scooters and stations, gradually covering all four areas.

Phase 03

Full operation

The full fleet in service — then on to the provinces.
